2. Website hosting
We use Wix to provide and operate this website. The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Technical data, including your IP address, request time, pages accessed, browser and device details and, where applicable, the referring page, are processed to deliver the website, maintain security and stability and investigate errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation. Technical logs are retained only as necessary for these purposes; security incidents may require longer retention for investigation.
3. Recipients and international transfers
Wix processes website and form data as a service provider and uses subprocessors. Authorised staff and IT, hosting and communications providers may receive data where required to handle your enquiry. Disclosure to authorities or other recipients may be required by law. Wix may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in Israel and through other subprocessors. Israel benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Other transfers rely, depending on the recipient, on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See https://www.wix.com/about/privacy and https://support.wix.com/en/article/list-of-wixs-subprocessors. You may contact us for information on applicable safeguards.
4. Contact enquiries
We process the contact details and message you provide to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the respective form; other fields are optional. Without required information, it may not be possible to process a form enquiry. Providing information is generally not a statutory or contractual requirement. Wix provides the form; submissions may be stored there and forwarded to the relevant contact persons. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where processing is necessary for a contract with you or requested pre-contractual steps. Other enquiries, including those from company representatives, are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling business communications.
5. Retention
Enquiry data are deleted once the matter is concluded and retention is no longer required for follow-up enquiries, legal obligations or legal claims. Statutory commercial and tax retention periods depend on the type of business document; they do not apply indiscriminately to all website or contact data. Legal retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; retention necessary for legal claims is based on Article 6(1)(f).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Wix uses essential cookies and similar technologies for security and reliable website operation. Strictly necessary storage and access are based on Section 25(2) TDDDG. Subsequent processing of personal data relies on the applicable legal basis, particularly Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential storage or access requires consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG; related consent-based personal data processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Browser settings also allow you to manage or delete cookies, which may affect functionality. You can reopen the consent settings using the privacy icon displayed on every page and change or withdraw your choices.
7. External links
We link to external services, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Clicking a link takes you to the relevant external site, whose provider is responsible for its processing. Please read that provider’s privacy information.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Article 77, particularly where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. The authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen: https://www.ldi.nrw.de.
9. Right to object
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will stop such processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is needed for legal claims. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
10. Automated decisions
This website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
11. Consent management
